Due to the personal nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any item that has been opened or used.

2. Unused Products
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a merchandise credit toward a future purchase.

3. Return Process

4. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, sale items, and promotional products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
